I'd say either Chip or Hawkeye because you don't often see birds or lizard fursonas, but really you could take the approach "Who is more important to me?"
You should! That'll make it easier to get a paintie for them, because you would already have the villager.
I've only made two of my fursonas on here (Thresher and Starfruit), but I still have to make Flaming Heart, Cake by the Ocean, Prism, Taki Taki and Lofi.
