It's no problem at all! ^_^ I think it only gives the Import or Remove stable if you've clicked on an Empty Stable while your villager is working (taming or collecting, etc). It should show the Breed Here option when the villager isn't working on a task. I think that might be the hiccup! :D

Try clicking on a vacant stable spot, where there isn't currently a pet. That should include the Breed Here option! :3

By the look of things, you should be able to breed some of your pets. The criteria that needs to be met is that a male and female are both breedable (males are immediately breedable, females have a couple days' wait time) and you have to have available space in your stable. If you click on a vacant spot, you should see the option to Breed Here or something similar to that, and then a pop-up window should allow you to pick which two pets you want to breed. After that, a new pet, the offspring, appears in the selected spot and the female parent should go into the breeding cooldown. Does that help clear things up at all? :D

The painties are custom art that effectively re-skins or repaints the original art of the villager; essentially, they're user-submitted art pieces that add customization and additional personality to the in-game characters. For instance, several of my villagers now have a different look from the default villager types, since I submitted custom art that I made for them. Hope that helps clarify things! ^_^
