Amongst the land of Quetzal Palace resides a seemingly humble town, but very few are able to access it. This is because of the angels who live there. Previously normal beings who have been blessed by an unknown force now have power over the weather of the lands, making sure there is a perfect amount of balance amongst all factions. They work hard not only for themselves, but for the rest of the world.

Amongst mortals, there are ones who are chosen by these angels to do their bidding on the living land that they cannot access. They are known amongst their community as 'messengers', and they are the only ones who can communicate with the angels. All of the hard work that they do is in devotion to their angel that chose them, and in exchange, once the mortal has passed they will be welcomed into the angel's village
