actually, not quite. you can get animal morphing potions from every shop, but most are just species changes to animals that you can be when you create a new character.
the only two exceptions are Dragonsmaw Manor, and Quetzal Palace. Dragonsmaw villagers are able to make Wickerbeast morph potions, and Quetzal villagers with Dutch Angel Dragons. though both morph potions are very costly and difficult to make. ;w;

hello! you get a Wickerbeast by using a Wickerbeast Morphing Potion, which has to be made by someone from Dragonsmaw Manor, but you can buy them on shops and stuff! :)
