Profile description

I like Potatoes and cheese too.
Note to self: cats[must use Daynes sphinx base *_*]........shiftiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeesss..... also stickers...

Oh. in case anyone is curious about me and the lack of info on my fursona here Kitara..
I'm ...probably one of the 'older' people here.. I am married, and I have my own little litter (aka I'm a mommy). I do bite.. but I probably won't bite you (I don't know where you've been D:!) I'm generally rather friendly but I do get overwhelmed pretty easily so don't worry if it takes me time to get back to you. I am the same BlackBobcat that is on.. a number of other pet sites x.x mostly Khimeros or subeta. (I only really check in on the others you might find me on) I am a bit tatted up and I do have an okay amount of piercings and usually wild colored hair so I'm kind of not one to pick at people for silly little things like personal preferences on most things and I do not like getting into arguments and will likely just drop any conversation heading that way or completely ignore it. (I don't do drama.)
I do love roleplaying but I do not do it in a public forum, I get to freaked out and overwhelmed so even though I could possibly enjoy it, I can't do it so if you are curious about an RP with any of my villagers I'm fine with you asking but please don't try to drag them into a large group.
Moar info-
I am (mildly) color blind.
I am a gamer.
I have some major issues with my left arm and upper & lower back.
I have anxiety disorders (touched on those above)
I do arts but really only for me.. (colorblind issues making coloring for others not fun plus my touch pad is almost broken so doing art makes me grumpy now D: )
merp merp merp.. I guess that's all?

O:! My friend wrote a trilogy of books! You can check them out here ^^!

    • I know right? I just remembered the pumpkin patch..love free stuff! Am busy trying to move all last years luminaire items to my vault, lol

    • Omg, I’ve only come on to explore n look for critters once a day..I don’t know how I missed tour last message, like 18 days ago! I’m sorry hon, hope all is well with you.
I’m trying to figure out this darn event...Im so confused, lol

    • Honestly hon, mightve been better if you had just gone n broke it, wouldve healed much faster than a soft tissue injury. Those take forever to heal, just linger on n on and..on....lol
The heat and humidity has been crazy here still, we’re supposed to get a storm thats supposed to blow it away..can’t wait for that. We’re due for a good drenching here.
My pain has stayed at a way higher than normal level and is driving me bonkers...thank goodness for my meds.
      Take care hon <3

    • I’m so glad I’m not in Florida..I was there for about a year and a half when I was in the service....30ish years ago...and at first the hot weather was great..but then it just got irritating..I’mmoike, it’s October now, time to tone down the heat n humidity damnit...and I really missed the changing of the leaves in fall. Thats my favorite time of year in Massachusetts. I can look out and see the trees along the Mohawk Trail up thru the Berkshire Mountains where I live. And when the leaves all change it’s like waves of flame, with the super bright reds, oranges, and yellows...just breathtaking.
Anyway dear, good luck at the Dr.s and let me know what they say..hugs

    • Aww, poor peanut..how on earth did you hurt your hand?...keep me posted <3

I'm not going anywhere, ok maybe just to the local store to get my weekly lottery tickets, lol.
Most likely will have the hubby pick em up, lol
We're having a mini heat wave, well maybe not quite ..it's been in the 80's and thru the week could get up into the 90's...and our normal temp for this time is like 70-75 tops...thank goodness I oaid attention to the local weather because the hubby was going to take the a.c. out of the windows..I stopped him.
We're putting central air in beginning of next year...my cousin is an hvac guy said he can do it for 2500 bucks...am so ready for that..
Take care hon, talk to you soon <3

    • Hi hon, I guess there was some intermittent cell signals near where hubbies family is yesterday! His aunt managed to get a quick message out on facebook to let everyone know that no one was hurt...but everything is down. However they're in a town close to San Juan which is the capitol, so they'll most likely be getting power restored sooner than most other areas on the island.

I still can't believe it will take up to 6 months for some place to get their electricity back..thats a ridiculously long time . But just happy to know everyone is ok for now. Thanks for asking <3
Also totally agree it has sowmthing to do with the weather, we're have unseasonably warm weather here too...and humidity. For the last 3 days we've had clouds ,wind and high humidity. Apparently leftover from hurricane jose that was hanging out off the coast of Massachusetts.
Still feeling super yucky but managing. Hooe you're feeling better soon yourself. Hugs <3

    • Hi hon, we did finally end up talking to my aunt..pretty much just had minor flooding and tree loss..but she still is without electricity as of yesterday....the landord brought in industrial generators for the buildings that have elderly tenants..but they only can use the airconditioning for a short time...but they can use their fridges..so thats good..
Now we just have to worry about my hubbies family..been quite awhile since he's gotten thru to any of them..They live near San Jose Puerto Rico..land now they're getting pummled by hurricane Maria..they can't catch a break this year..just hope they're all,ok...
Am ok here, going thru bad pain patch, Should pass sometime, lol
Hope all is well on your end <3

    • Well, if I ever decide to get that procedure it'll be done at the VA hospital. I know they have good Dr.s but havent really here about good/successful outcomes from back surgeries, ah well, not gonna worry about it now. We're too busy worrying about my Aunt who lives in Largo Florida, right a little to the west of Tampa, seems Irma is gonna hit her town dead on. We havent been able to talk to her since Friday. My mom's worried because we don;t even know wheres she's being evacuated to. She's not a spring chicken anymore at 77, but pretty lively for her age. Just hoping she'll be ok and not lose too much.

    • I couldnt imagine not being able to see colors, it must totally suck butt...
Purple is a prettier color than most browns, so you're really lucky...lol
I was thinking more like art class in school..at one point they ussually do a color wheel test..I mean really what else could they test you on, creativity and art is so subjective. Ones mans trash is anothers treasure scenario...you can't fail someone for making art..I don't care what anyone else says.
Or maybe social studies when they make you color in maps..but remember I'm old as dirt, so we did have vision tests in grade school. I'm sure one of those things that is totally out of any budgets at this point.
I don't know exactly the name of the procedure, but if I remember to look it up I'll let you know.
They actually did mention something about cadaver pieces. When I had the discs replaced in my neck they mentioned it too, but used man made discs instead. I can no longer go thru metal detectors without beeping...XD

    • I wouldn't worry about it either, when they start going for regular eye exams, they can check much easier..like pount to the red dot..or point to the blue dot...stuff like that..if any of their teachers never bring it up, I'm sure they're fine.. I'm pretty sure when you go get your drivers license they check for color blindness too. Can't have folks mistaking the green and red lights XD
I have pain 24/7 these days, all my discs are messed up, most of them ruptured and deteriorating.
Plus nerve damage and arthritis now.
The only thing left to do is have a major disc replacement surgery on the bottom 6-7 discs and they can;t promise me it'll be successful because of all the damage already there. So I figure I'll have that done when I can't walk anymore. Hopefully a few years off.

I think its awesome your gram is taking classes, keeps her younger longer, and they say it keeps the brain healthier too.
