This is a lonely place. The house of an immortal. You thought it would look much more... lavish? Maybe that's not the right word. You assumed that an immortal like her would have more. More money, more things, more friends. Someone with the privilege of living forever should be happier, use their powers for good. But of course, they do not. In this place lingers the foul scent of something awful long past. It's been masked by whatever good times go on, but the world just seems to turn without it. Others come and go, but she is here to stay. Staying... Or unable to leave? You should be leaving soon. This house is no place for strange mortals like yourself. It is for selfish demons like her.
"Out with you," comes a new voice. Not hers, this one is much sweeter... Kinder. "There's much better things to see."
And so you left, as the voice instructed. As you pass, memories of others as they once were pass through your mind. They don't leave much of a mark, you wouldn't understand of course, you never knew them. For all you know, they could have been people she had killed herself.
