True to his name, Rascal always seems like a plan is brewing, waiting for the right time for execution. Nothing really puts him in a bad mood, constantly having a wisecrack comment or somewhat flirtatious observation up his sleeve. Most of the trouble he gets in always originates from his tongue, and is sure to get a firm smack upside the head from either Harley or Ginger.

Having a more natural affliction of magic than even Kiwing, Rascal uses his skills in the gardens and forge rather than mixing up potions.

Despite his behavior and fluency in sarcasm, he does have boundaries, and doesn't seem interested in going forward with any flirtatious behavior or playful threats he gives out. He's totally content in taking in the reaction and chuckling his way back to work, twitching his whiskers smugly.
