Castle is difficult. Castle is rambunctious. Castle is rude, crude, and obnoxious. However, he is still the best friend of the kindest, most forgiving dragon in the world.

Castle has a terrible attitude and the face of angel. He likes neither of these things, so you can imagine what he does when somebody comments on one or either of these things, like that guy in town did one day. Castle was minding his own business, doing whatever it is a regular villager like himself would do, when some overbearing beast of a villager came by and bumped into him. Castle didn't like that. He also didn't like when the villager said, "Oh, sorry kid. But I bet you don't mind anyways, you look too sweet to care." Perhaps that was meant as a compliment. Castle was not impressed. Maybe charging in was a bad idea, but it was what he did best. He only got a few throws in before he was nearly overpowered. Thankfully, his small stature allowed him to get out from under the villager, but his short legs did not help him run fast enough. It also did not help that he ran into Blue face first. Ow. Dazed and confused, Castle let Blue talk down the villager, offering insincere apologies as necessary. Castle decided this was a dragon to be trusted, and from that point on preferred the company of Blue to the company of the rest of the village. He rarely leaves their home anymore, and almost never goes to the village.

Nosferatu was not supposed to be Castle's friend. Castle, who was trying to do something nice for Blue by clearing bats out of the attic, was instead attacked by Nosferatu in the process. The entire ordeal was hilarious, even in spite of the anger he felt, that he decided the bat was okay. Slowly but surely, Nosferatu came around to him. They regularly hang around at night, being only a little mischievous.

Icarus and Castle do not get along so well. Icarus, who doesn't know when to think before acting, and Castle who doesn't know how to contain his anger, create a powder keg. Hopefully Blue will be there the day they finally explode at each other, because only Blue would be able to stop them.
Castle does not feel strongly one way or the other about Siren, however he has been in the position she was in before Blue took her in, so he can stand to be around her well enough. With a bit of prompting, they could probably even become friends one day.
Castle does not care much for Edgar. Although Edgar can be funny, he can also be loud. Anything that annoys Castle is a "Bad Thing" so to speak, so Castle tries to avoid Edgar.
Castle does not mind Oswald. To him, Oswald is like a slightly more tame version of Blue, and as such, he likes talking to the donkey when he feels relaxed. Although Oswald often cuts their conversations short, Castle still likes to talk to him now and again.
