Stella died on her 21st birthday, but she wasn't going to let that stop her from partying. Much to the mortician's horror, she awoke on the autopsy table with a scream on her lips, and she really hasn't toned things down since. Though she doesn't remember how she died and has no idea why she came back, she's not particularly interested in figuring out these mysteries; she's just glad to have a second chance and doesn't want to waste it playing detective.
She's cornered a very niche market with her online makeup tutorials for the undead and often accessories her stitches with clips and bows, or asks Roswell to sew her up using cute patterns - which drives him completely up the walls. When she gets anxious she has a bad habit of picking at her stitches, particularly the ones on her face and chest, which can obviously cause some...spillage problems.
