Sooth amulet would cure the effects of abels folly. These items also work anything that use panacrea, opal ring(only if you dip below 50% health), petrified ring, and flowering hammer(but also gets rid of your own beneficial effects/blocks)
Though the only people you will probably see using a lighting form amulet are me, hamlet, dream and lance since it isn't an easy amulet to make with needing 2 amulet pieces from events and one that was a limited time at the traveler and the pvp tourney shop. A good suggestion would be an item to clear effects with a belt item that use panacrea due to one person in the tourney with a high heal/tank setup that use abeys folley.
You might need more lightning resistance. With my lightning form causing you to take lightning damage every turn and lightning staff causing you to become electrified to take 10% more damage it would be difficult to out heal/tank that damage.
