What's more fashionable than wearing a stone mask with screw on protrusions that contain valuable toxins sought after around the globe? Being known for it of course!
A la Mode dislikes the structure of their face, hence the mask they so wear, but they have become to be known as the shortened alias "Mode". Those who do not recieve the alias in time will often refer to them as a "Salesfriend" with Mode giving the name in return. None know his real name nor what his face really looks like, nor much else about the mysterious traveling merchant. He can often be found traveling the globe in search of rare and valuable things to sell to others. His looks and name are somewhat infamous as he knows much information and will only give it out for the right price of course.
His signature marking that he tags where he's been via spraypaint is also his chest marking. Reminiscent of a skull.
Mode otherwise sometimes known as the french to english translation "Trend" or "Trendy", uses french phrases along with an overly friendly facade to lure customers in. Though his looks at a first glance can be somewhat unnerving, Mode has taken advantage of this to play up his mysterious nature. While he likes to put up a show for the audience, he really could care less if you're truly scared or not. All he cares about is...
