Elijah is a little bit of a mysterious person. He is very friendly, yes, and he does love making friends - but no one really knows who he is. Where did he come from? The Oceandome? Why did he come out here to Quetzal Palace? He tends to just smile and shrug or change the subject when someone asks him such questions - clearly avoiding them for some reason.
One thing is for sure, though - he has a way with animals, enjoying spending time with the little tykes, and seeming to be able to calm even a Draggy from a temper tantrum.
