Bones doesn't remember their family. She's not entirely sure she ever had one to be perfectly honest, but she's always on the lookout for them just in case. All she remembers is crawling out of the Pacific somewhere up in Alaska close to Ketchikan. He always has his face hidden by a skull, ranging from elk and moose to big cat.
He makes nests of moss and seaweed, often hiding strands of green pearls under the tendrils. Bones doesn't speak much, and prefers to communicate by writing in the sand or vague wavy hand gestures. She's been confused for the Lochness Monster a couple of times, despite having never been to Scotland.
