Villager: Onigiri

Formerly a well-renown scientist, Onigiri vanished seemingly without a trace one night, leaving nothing more than a single page ripped from his potion records and the shards of a shattered flask on the ground. Some say he was so ashamed of the results of his newest experiment that he exiled himself from his home village, leaving all of his work behind. Several years after his disappearance, he was rediscovered by Sashimi on one of his expeditions, who eventually persuaded him to return to his village.
Soon after his return, Onigiri became good friends with Pocky and Calamari. It is not uncommon for them to talk about different plant species and their many uses for hours on end. He often uses Calamari's plants in his own experiments, hoping to someday return to his former glory.
