Kalia's a young Orca Manokit who used to live nearby the seacoast in Tigereye, where Orca Manokits are more common due to the cold waters. However, when her house was overwhelmed by monsters and destroyed, she could barely escape alive.
Lost and homeless, she was found by Lola while the later was hunting monsters near the villa and taken inside. Setz asked Kit to build her a small room so she could stay for a while, and since then she's been living with them. She considers the other girls as her own sisters, and sees in Setz a fatherly figure.
She mostly explores the lakes in Tigereye, where she can hold her breath almost infinitely and recovers a large amount of driftwood, which is used to build pots, stables and houses.
