Havergal, previously residing somewhere on the sea floor a bit west of Oceandome, now lives in Dragon's Maw.

Due to the unusual circumstances that resulted in Havergal's time dead but dreaming, they have the power to, at any time, completely unravel the fabric of time and reality and restitch it in any way they choose. Havergal, however, has no idea how they are supposed to do this, but simply know they can. Havergal spends much of their time trying to figure out how.

Every time Havergal sneezes, a fish achieves it's greatest dream.

Havergal likes plants almost as much as they like blood sacrifices. Havergal really likes blood sacrifices.

Havergal often sends their Red Wuff, Bloodstone, on errands. These errands often include blood sacrifices. Bloodstone also really likes blood sacrifices.
