Raggles is a little old man who just does not know how to slow down. He's older than dirt but he still acts like he's a young adult. He's a bit crotchety, persnickety, and loud, but still lovable.
Before he found Blue and her friends, he was an unhappy old man who didn't leave his house for days, if not weeks, at a time. He was constantly depressed and angry, and slowly started taking less and less care of himself. That's why it was lucky when Blue knocked on his door one day. She said she was on a mission to meet all of her neighbors, although he didn't quite believe her. Even so, he didn't question it, and instead invited her inside. It wasn't long into their friendship (in which she visited him every day, bringing him hot, fresh food, and sitting with him for several hours so they could talk) that she invited him to live with her and her friends. He gladly accepted, sold his house, and joined the family as soon as he could, and now he couldn't be happier.
