Tooru's only accomplishment is probably being known as the king of procrastination, he rarely does anything with his life and spends most of his time bingewatching old TV shows and eating cupcakes. He is generally untalented and has very much come to accept that fact, rather than hating who he is, he has decided to embrace it instead. Tooru is incredibly short sighted, and struggles to see more than a ruler's length in front of his face (probably from staring at the TV all the time.) His existence is nothing short of pointless but he doesn't seem to mind at all. He's obsessed with conspiracies, and is always on the lookout for the third kind, pretty much his only goal in life is to be abducted by aliens, and he's absolutely obsessed with the idea.

He's happy go lucky and heavily optimistic. He's friendly and mellow, and although he seems to be lacking brain cells he certainly doesn't lack sensitivity and will always try his best to help a friend in need. The way to Tooru's heart is most certainly through his stomach.
