Biography: Born on a stormy night under the full blood moon on one of the mountains on the FeatherCloak Island. Shoku and his brothers were born. Taking on designs of the Blood Moon itself as well as gaining powers to allow him to take energy from it. His family surely thought nothing of it and continued to love their child. Over the years as he grew so did his powers. Learning to be able to use them for defense, attack and even able to bottle the moon’s energy and sell it. Shoku’s diet is mostly fruit and a few fish here and there if he can catch them without getting too wet.

Shoku as an adult now lives in this ancient tree that towers over all the others. This tree over time has grown crystals all over it’s bark and branches that resides way up high. With in it’s branches is an opening, a nest of some sort that Shoku made into as his home. Hidden away from the wetness of the rain and the coldness of the wind. If someone was to get up there to his home they would find all the things he collected over the time he had lived. Silks, silver and small gems.

Character: He is a very curious fellow that loves to get into things and search for nice silks, silver and small gems. When meeting new people he gets somewhat aggressive but once they show they are no threat he calms down. It takes a bit to gain his trust and he will stay a good distance away from you. He enjoys the night and loves the taste of Raspberries. When it is very sunny out you can find him hiding away from it's rays so that he does not overheat due to his dark colors.

HIS SPECIES,

Mythical creatures, the Feathercloaks were created by first Feathercloaks that came into existence which was The Overseer of Death and The Guardian of life. Having such enormous power for smaller creatures they were able to create more of their own. so they created three Feathercloaks, one for the sky, the Skycloak, one for the sea, The Seacloak and one for the land on earth, the Earthcloak.

The three cloaks lived separately for thousands of years using their powers for their intents. After some time they became closer to each other's existence. Often Seacloaks would roam to shallow waters, earth cloaks to high mountains and sky cloaks to land. All to meet the others. They then had children who mixed with each other. All cloaks descended from them became a mix of the Legendary Feathercloaks as they came to be called.

As a result of mixed breeding of all 3 legendaries children and their children’s children, they had the potential of having powers as well as traits from the 3 legendary cloaks. The agility and strong masks of the Earthcloaks. Cunning and intelligence of the Skycloaks, and lastly, durability and bravery from the Seacloaks. All cloaks, no matter the type had the gifts of toxic mist, masks and some potential for having powers.

Other intelligent sentient beings came into play during the lifetime of Feathercloaks. These beings gained interest in their kind and some were captured as pets, companions or used for their soul stones. The ones who had been pets over time lost their powers and grew smaller due to their lack of exposure to Feathercloaks and increased exposure to humans. They became companions to humans and stay in human society, these were soon come to be called PuppinCloaks. They stay as small as Feathercloak pups and are born much smaller as well.

HIS CLASS
The sky cloaks were created in the clouds and high mountains. They were the most clever, and cunning. Granted the ability to fly using wings made from their cloaks, and almost as light as the clouds themselves. The first Skycloaks were given powers over aspects of the sky such as rain, wind, and the northern lights to name a few. Disastrous gifts were also given such as hurricanes, tornadoes and lightening.

Their cloaks are actually used for more than just looks and protection from the elements. Skycloaks don’t actually have any physical means of controlling the wing like part of their cloak and tail feathers. Their spirit extends ethereally through their cloak and controls it (Much like a puppet). The cloak wraps around their front and they often stand on their back legs to avoid dragging their ‘wings’.

If their cloak is cut they will no longer be able to fly and may look like a smaller slimmer version of a common Feathercloak. They will lose most if not all their powers when their cloak is removed. A lot of cloaks that have sky based powers are descended from Legendary Skycloaks when they’ve lost their wings and tail.
