Yabun is an energetic, mischievous demon who never shies away from an opportunity to pull a prank or do something naughty. She's seemingly loaded with endless energy, and often does (or eats) strange things. She's a bit eccentric and down for wild things - hence the idea to live in a storm drain - but she's also a fan of her down time. She prefers quiet and dark places to rest and, although she does have her friends and foes, she's quite happy to sit and have tea with her rivals instead of constantly fighting. She has the ability to make anyone feel lazy and sleepy when she does if they've been around her long enough... if you can ever catch her being sleepy, that is.

Yabun is a demon sent from hell to a small city to figure out why the city stopped producing dark energy. All human civilizations produce dark energy, which falls through into hell in the form of crystals that look like real stars on the ceiling in the caverns of hell as they fall. She and another demon like her, Meduze, were sent to see why this city suddenly stopped producing dark energy. The two of them live in a little hideaway in a stormdrain network while they combat the imbalance of dark and light in the city.
