Kabir is the crown prince of his country in a world where all royalty in all countries are phoenix and rule over other birds. While most phoenix with their long lifespans generally look down on all other birds as just servants to follow their bidding (including his parents), Kabir is very active with the civilians and loves to play games with the kids in the slums over any responsibilities he may have. The kids who play with him call him by his first name instead of Prince because he just loves having friends.
Neon is his valet and best friend. He is much more serious and responsible and keeps Kabir from getting into too much trouble.
