Lycanthropy. Changes into a beastly monster after exposure to moonlight or especially frustrating board games. Howling at the moon relieves the symptoms for a little while, but use a Golden Apple for best results.

I'd name her differently if she were new but I don't think she can be anything other than Mortuary to me at this point.
She's actually always been a vampire since I first imagined her but I guess she has lycanthropy here at least till the next Harvest Festival.
