Cotton is a fluffy bunny made of Cotton Candy! She's a bit shy of water (the entire reason we didn't go anywhere near Oceandome TBH) but to be fair she's kind of completely deathly allergic to it.

She's the wispiest thing that ever existed and yet she's so sweet that the animals she catches and tames adore her to bits. Sometimes they allow her to catch them simply so they can escort her home to make sure she doesn't float away on a breeze~
