Being the youngest sibling isn't easy, especially when you're the living embodiment of a forest, let alone one with a reputation like his.
Unknown to his siblings, Aki has been cursed to force people to end thier own lives if they step foot in his vast body of pine. His siblings believe he does this purposefully, in order to bring attention to himself, and while he is admired by his oldest brother, Vesuvius, his second oldest Sibling is not so keen, and almost seems to look down on him in disappointment whenever he is around. So he dwells in the forest he once was, and prays (to hesus) that people may one day free him of the curse or people will stop coming near.
People's lives may be impacted by his presence, but not in the way he wishes them to be. He wishes to be adored like his sibling, or worshiped like his brother, but not feared.
