Oiexireid Hesseryte, often just referred to as "Reid," is the CEO of the elusive Jackass Suit Company, who, unknown to the majority of their customers, makes their luxuriously soft outfits out of hair harvested from all manner of people who don't tend to get trims very often-- Only the finest, softest, and most wizened samples will do.
Oiexireid is what those who are familiar with the practice would call a Keratinomancer, which is a niche subset of necromancy with a hint of life magic. Reid possesses the ability to grow out and control anything made of keratin-- Dead skin cells, to be precise --Which includes hair, nails, horns, hooves, ETC. Their employees, which happen to be little alicorn gnomes, have the same ability, and use it to collect keratin samples without their owners ever knowing it was gone.
Reid themself is rather rude and mischeivous, in contrast to the organized and sophisticated appearance of the company.
