It’s a sunny out and you’re in a great mood today. You’re whistling along on your stroll when you notice someone standing in the distance. And what is that contraption they’re working on? As you come closer you notice it is none other than mayor Polaria! You call out to her and she turns around, giving you a warm smile.

“Oh, hello there dear! What a nice surprise, I didn’t expect anyone so soon. This thing next to me? It’s a fortune wheel! My grandcubs told me about this fun rainbow sparkly wheel that gives prizes to anyone who spins it, but it sadly doesn’t stay for long. So I thought it would be nice to replicate this idea and bring that same joy to everyone for the upcoming holidays!
