Boo Hoo no paintie yet but one day x-x

Long ago...
Berberryus was minding his own business when he spotted a wolf pup almost covered in freshly fallen snow luckily the pup was Black or he wouldn't have noticed it there. He didn't care much for wolves as he usually ended up fighting with them but he couldn't stand watching a pup perish in the unforgiving frost he slithered as fast as he could over the icy walk that led to his burrow grabbed his newly tailored coat gifted to him by a kind Spooker and rushed to bring the pup inside though he knew nothing about children. He set it on a snow rabbit pelt to sleep treating it like a common gray wolf (minipet) leaving it to its own devices as he got back to work on a new ice sword. He later named that little cub Kieran and it grew to be as strong as a bear and her words pierced deeper then Berberryus' fangs.

Nowadays...
Berberryus slithered across a patch of black ice taking the path slow not wanting to slip on it as he headed home. Kieran was waiting as she had cooked dinner tonight blood stew and piggly chops it wasn't real meat but it would do. He knew she would be mad at him when he got home as he had once again torn his winter coat but she was an excellent tailor so he knew she'd have it fixed before she finished scolding him. Sometimes he wondered if he wasn't the child and she his mother. Kieran had grown thick skin... well fur that is dealing with the wolves and trader that she worked with she's mighty scary when she's doing business. He once saw her tear the fluff of a poodle for telling her how to do her job she stitched it to the collar of a gorgeous jacket and threw it on him and even had the gall to call him a shabby mutt. She was his daughter alright crude when she needs to be but sweet as a button when no one sees.
