A ratty and thin tuxedo tomcat originating from oceandome, not dissimilar to a saturday morning cartoon alley cat in both demeanor or gracefulness. A nomadic bachelor even in his middle age.
Jacques while notably charismatic and brave, is not smart by most definitions or an example of physical prowess, spending most of his life not fully knowing how to spell his own name ( Jakwes ) or pronounce most words and having the rats he'd be sent after in better physique than he is.
