About

Chequers is the cutest, chubbiest little rodent you’d ever come across, but he’d deny such a thing vehemently. In fact, he’d built most of his life around it, trying to seem “manly” by training to be a powerful construction worker and blacksmith. After a while, however, he began to question his true intentions and finally settled on a small animal farm, breeding and caring for smaller critters. Although he had long past his ages of construction work, he still has a lingering appreciation of blacksmithing and will “begrudgingly” agree to do that sort of work if it’s asked of him. Recently, the animal farms have gotten way overcrowded, so he’s been helping out the explorers to make a living.
