Having previously been dismembered and killed, Wren has currently experienced somewhat of a revival through technical means. Now that his brain is akin to a simple computer program, he actually has no memories of the person he once was; other than a lingering, unrelenting, paranoia-induced dread. He's a nervous little man, and often feels bad that he can't be the person everyone remembers him as.
Wren's programming has been altered a bit by his creator, as he is now repurposed to carry out heart surgery with machine-like precision. Though the hospital considers Wren just another piece of equipment, he will tell you that he's "employed" as a cardiothoracic surgeon.
