This is Hebur.

She is a snake, that grew arms in order to do blacksmithing more easily.

Nobody asks her about it, and she likes it that way. She doesn't like questions. They hurt her head.

Hebur is also partially hard of hearing due to working in a noisy place, so you have to yell in her ear so she can hear you.

But then she also thinks nobody can hear her well, so she ends up yelling back at people. She's a very loud person.

To Hebur, sheep brain is a delicacy...
