Nocturne is a lone wolf. It finds it hard to trust anyone, but it doesn't know how to belong enough not to need anyone. It found work with the village watch as a warrior because it's not averse to violence or enduring pain.
It likes when Graham slaps it's shoulder and tells it it did a good job. It likes when Buster chatters when they go on excursions together, and calls it his friend. Sometimes it feels something else when it talks to Buster - something deeper - but it's not sure what that is.
Nocturne does not see itself as a person and prefers to be referred to as an "it".
It has irregular nightmares about an encounter with Paragon in the forest. It can never forget those eyes...
