Important Information: Though she was born in Celestial City, she cannot fly very well. Her father takes care of her since Lilly's mother died while foaling. However, Lilly's dad is a Royal Police Pegasus who is usually too busy at the Palace to take care of her, so Lilly has a strong sense of independence and responsibility.
