Greeds are a sort of temporal and somewhat mundane time demon, using magical fields to teleport to their chosen destinations and those of creatures close to death. They are generally considered to be benificial creatures, and do not harbor malicous intent to any who discover them. Greed are fond of inanimate objects and emotions, and will name themselves accordingly, provided it is a simple name.
Colored blood/goo oozes from their eyes, nose and mouth constantly, though it doesn't inhibit the greed or caused from physical harm. This liquid smells sweet and attracts dying creatures. The greed do nothing with things they attract, simply waiting nearby and observing until the subject expires.
They possess hooved legs, and have a pair of arm like extensions growing from behind the front limbs, these arms are sometimes used to manipulate objects. Unfortunately they are poorly developed and lack uses in most cases.
Greed have teeth, which are small and conical, lined neatly in rows inside their beak-like jaws.
