Tegan is a piebald white deer who like to paint himself with sky blue paints in different simplistic warpaint designs. He's rather crafty and enjoys creating new things and fixing up old ones. He's not a very big talker, in fact he doesn't talk at all! Tegan is mute, nobody knows why and he obviously won't tell, but most believe it's because actions often times speak louder than words.
