Villager: Kaguya Shika

Kaguya is a peculiar girl. It's not because she rarely ever speaks; she obsesses over the moon when it rises at night. She never says why she always has the need to stay up during the night to gaze upon the white orb in the sky, but many animals believe that it's due to her name.

Kaguya was named after a Japanese fairy tale about a lady who came from the moon. Because Kaguya was adopted when she was fairly young (and her adopted parents gave her that name due to finding her on the night of a full moon), her friends think that she believes that her parents are located on the moon.

Kaguya's close friends never try to interrupt her or tell her otherwise as they can see the sadness on the small dragon's face when she peers upwards towards the night sky. Only when a bright, full moon appears before her in the starry sky, one can see Kaguya truly smile.



The small dragon is timid and shy, mainly due to the fact that she's deaf. She can speak, and will speak when it's necessary even though her speech is butchered, but for the most part, she feels no need to. Her friends eagerly went out of their way to learn a physical language in order to communicate with the young dragon.

Eve can be often seen hanging out with Kaguya, especially in Eve's large green house, especially since the dragon has a keen sense of smell.
