ollie is the captain of the USS Chickadee, a ship which he claims to have saved the world with, twice. whether or not his stories are true is up for you to decide, but credibility notwithstanding, they sure are entertaining. his ship and crew are technically out of commission, but somehow they always manage to find a new adventure.
