About
Any pronouns (they're still trying to figure out which ones they're most comfortable with)
Mellow, quiet, naive, absent-minded, introverted, honest, innocent
Herbalist
Pion is a plant parasite that took root in the corpse of a deer. They use the corpse like a puppet.
The fact that they chose Herbalism as their career of choice is viewed with suspicion by some of their neighbors, Getlen especially. He worries that they might be trying to infect others and spread. However, there isn't any real need to worry since the type of parasite Pion is can only successfully take hold in inactive rotting corpses.
The real reason they chose herbalism is because they view plants the way most villagers view animals. They're like pets to them. Often times they'll talk to them absent-mindedly while watering or feeding them.
Though they have a great understanding of flora they struggle to understand fauna, and their naivety regarding things like displays of emotion mean they have a hard time interacting with the other villagers. They also have a hard time understanding why some of the other villagers seem to be afraid of them, and they haven't yet realized that the corpse they grew in used to be a living villager, mainly because they lack knowledge about the life cycles of animals.
