Villager: Cloudburst

This is Cloudburst!
As you may know, Dutch ADs are beings that live on another plane of existence to humans (called Aether), but still sometimes become emotionally attached to them.

Cloudburst is a lover of the rain - where rain is, he often is. His breath is misty and smells like, well, rain. His abilities as a roamer of Aether, allow him to know where there is going to be a rainstorm, and he'll drift around and watch the people there. There is nobody he is truly attached to yet; he really likes rainstorms and doesn't want to give up following them and settle down.

As for his personality; Cloudburst is enthusiastic, curious and emotional. He falls in love easily (not with humans that's kinda weird) but he's loyal. He wouldn't bring himself to cheat on a partner. As for his flaws, being emotional can put a negative impact on himself. He tends to stick with first impressions forever and if he makes an enemy out of someone, he finds it hard to forgive them, even when they're trying to be kind to him.
