I posted my build on the warrior general chat topic if you want to see every gear I used but the light bardiche definitely worked better then the light mace. The light mace could only do 1 damage a hit while the light bardiche has the 350 pure damage which does widdle down he flying scythe really fast.

The vali build can win at the new arena though my build is a variation of it and my gear has crystals/high potency so I have the required agility to dodge and the gear setup to heal while doing 350 pure damage(when my attack connects) to the scythe each turn.
