Who's ready for a spooky new site theme?!

Step 1: Click User Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down to Site Themes.
Step 3: Find Halloween Festival in the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Save and enjoy!
Step 5: ???
Step 6: Profit
