you can draw outfits on painties, as long as the head and legs stay in just about the same position! if you're using a non-rare species (rare species being: dutch angel dragon, wickerbeast, snuffle, saggitari, manokit, gembound, and i think gem raptor), then you can use a shifty if the paintie doesn't pass. you will be refunded what you used to upload the paintie if it's rejected!
