Deadlier Monsters (level 20, 5 charges) and Deadly Monsters (Level 18+, 1 charge) both drop them.
I have 9 active cooks (Though my target is 15) and basically precook alot of food at the end of each month to boost myself on the 1st. Pawpurroni Pizzas tend to be what I spend my warrior charges on farming if that helps :3
Having a cook or two helps to get 5k points otherwise farming festivals with lots of food drops and non expiring food openable objects(candy pails from Halloween, food faeries, lunchboxes) also helps. My cook is also stacked with tons of buffs that speed up cooking time. also having serpent festival recipes(serpent cake recipe, serpanana split recipe) will net you 1 - 3 food items per cooking. You can also get food from the spirit lion battleground if you have warriors.
and oops not per month, per year, because my principal source was the northermost rim battlegrounds + feast fairies
I just had saved up around a hellton of feast fairies back then at the snow festival and snatched every food item i could that was cheap enough in stalls, i also had exchanged icy antlers for FP at one point, and had my own cook with feast costume and full keepsake + outfit cook buff sets, that's how i got to 5k, but i can only do it atleast once per month, because im sure that there's barely any feast fairies at this point
