A vicious creature, crazed looking, with white warpaint stained in his deep blue coat. Some matter of sense remains in his eyes, as much as your senses may want to tell you otherwise.

*The dim light glints off the... jewel.. on his forehead, though as you focus on it you become aware that it is doing the same to you, not a jewel, but a third eye! A long, forked tongue flicks out and tastes the air between you, before a chilling smile pulls his lips from ear to ear.
