Hes good friends with Alastor Calloway, (No shocker) They met in an alley in DragonsMaw Manor while trading illegal substances for experiments, and like Alastor, Though he lives in Olde Foxbury he is a frequent visitor to DragonsMaw Manor.
He wears a cloak, hat and mask of a plague doctor in some kind of memoriam of the Black Plague-He is proud of his ancestors for spreading the black plague and causing so much death.
He is a skulking dirty criminal, who'd kill his granny for a free drink, but also likes to dress snazzy shown easily with his silk cloak and jewel topped cane.
He is technically a doctor... ...He is fascinated with disease and spends most of his time studying it, and dissecting corpses from Alastor.
