If that dagger did elemental damage it would have been negated by the Risktaker's Shield. RNG uses Risktaker's Shield and coin with Card Sharp's Deck. A light mace, restore, gold plate, a ridiculous 131% dark signet ring and a dirty trick amulet. I don't use it in pvp since the disarm effect lingers. It's a weird build of all the random stuff I have plus I assigned numbers to my equipment and asked random.org what I should use.
