Cosmo is a wonderous member of Ecxcabre's community. His fur is softer than silk to the touch and shimmers like the night sky from between golden silks and armor. No one really knows exactly where he's from. If asked, he'll usually just smile and glance upwards. He's a quiet member of the community, and is known to be a deep well of wisdom. He and Ecx are often seen on walks together, quietly speaking to one another, sometimes in a language no one can put a name to. A language that murmurs through one's mind like water, but sounds like gutteral gibberish.

He gets along fantastically with Rage, and acts almost as a parent figure to the bouncing horned collie, often being the one to calm him down.

While he can shapeshift like the others, he chooses not to. In fact, he hardly ever leaves the dome except for short swims simply for pleasure.
