what i'd do is take a lighter purple, and smack it on the top/middle of the bill, then take a darker purple and put it around the bottom of the bill, blend them together a bit, then blur! repeat the same method for the tail and you got some basic shading. it's simple, but it's better than nothing
ah thank you!! if i had any word of improvement to add i think it would look much better with thicker lines (use "lineart" layer in SAI if you use a mouse, you can adjust the lines) and shading would be good as well
aren't species changes not allowed on painties? i mean its very nice nevertheless but it may get taken down
