"I rule alongside her, yes. But I don't find it annoying at all, because she hardly rules. Sure, she's the crown princess and technically the one who's supposed to be running the kingdom, but she's too... playful... to do it alone."

"Oh, I know you didn't say that. I was just making sure you knew what would happen if you did. As for my having a sister, yes, I do."

"Lop my head off and it's war," the fox points out. His tone seems less cold now, but not inviting or friendly either. "That deer annoys me," he growls. "My sister loves him, though, so I do nothing about anything he does."

"Then you've failed your goal," he said, looking Lark up and down. "I'm more bored than annoyed in any sense."

"Insult me all you wish; I don't care for your words," Erolias said, crossing his arms. "My preference in how to deal with people and my competency are neither one nor the same."

Erolias groaned internally. Most went away at this point. "I dislike everyone upon meeting," Erolias says. "I'm not the kind of royal to be making friends."

"No. I simply don't like troubling myself with conversation with people I can tell I'm not fond of," Erolias said coldly.

"Prince Erolias."
