Villager: Yuu

An incredibly arrogant kitsune, Yuu was never one to willingly stay in the presence of people. He thought most to be below herself and her incredible beauty. The only company he kept was other mythics, angels, and occasionally a exceptionally lovely mortal foxes.

But he did enjoy walking among the more plain creatures, and did so frequently. Sometimes he could be seen taking the form of a Grey Fox, sometimes he preferred to keep her regular form to strike awe into anyone he passed. Rarely would he talk to any of the plain creatures he passed though, even in her more plain looking form. That attitude without her more stunning countenance often had consequences, however.

Consequences that ranged from being given dirty looks to being physically assaulted by some of the rougher creatures he came across. Typically he could deal with anything; looks were ignored and anything that tried to get physical would be greeted with a plume of fire as he reverted to her nine-tailed form. The transformation wasn't the fastest thing in the world, and much to her despair, some creatures were much faster and larger than her.

Despair set in as claws grabbed her single, grey tail and swung her around into rocks and trees and any other solid mass ithat was around. Luckily for Yuu a stalwart and friendly warrior was nearby. A large coyote released her from the beast and brought her back to their clan's doctor. To be saved by such incredibly plain animals, how unfortunate. There wasn't much he could do now though, he was injured, and now indebted to this small clan of creatures.

Eventually he was returned to good health and only then did he return to her true form. None of the group was impressed by her magnificence. Their general response was confused looks and a resounding "Wow, that's neat." He was infuriated at such a dull response, but what else could he expect from such dull looking creatures. He still had to repay them for saving her though, no matter how much he loathed to do so. When questioned about what he could do for them, one mentioned how they needed an animal caretaker. He was always good at attracting and calming all sorts of animals, so he agreed to be their caretaker until they could find another one.

For months Yuu was stuck with them, unsure if they were actually looking for someone to replace her. For months he endured living with such plain, boring creatures. For months he learned more about every individual in the group, including the strange and divine creatures they roped in after her. After months of being with this group, he was tricked into actually caring about these creatures, average or otherwise, and made the decision to stay with them permanently.
